NOTE: A deposit must be paid to reserve the space. The deposit is half of the total cost of your rental(s). If deposit is not paid within 5 days of receiving the invoice your reservation will be cancelled. The second payment is due 3 days before your rental. Payments for space rentals are non-refundable but can be rolled over to use for another reservation.
ARRIVAL: A staff member will open the studio for you. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your rental so we can properly disinfect the studio before you enter. In the event if a staff member is unavailable to open for your rental, you will receive the studio’s lockbox information to open and close for your rental.
PARKING: There is free and metered street parking available. On Saturdays and Sundays most streets have free parking. There is also a parking lot located at 1930 S Broad Street at the Constitution Health Plaza which is two blocks from the studio.

Booking your rental: You must book your rental 3 days in advance to ensure that the space is available. We cannot guarantee that the day and time you request will be available.
Our studio is suitable for rehearsals, auditions, classes, meetings, showcases, performances, and workshops.

Tables: $5/each (6 foot fold out tables)
Chairs: $2/each (folding chairs)
Lighting Trees & Lighting Board: $300

Parties are 3-hours which include 30- minutes to set up and clean up. If more time is needed an extra fee may be added.
Zumba Party
We offer a Zumba Birthday Party for adults. Invite your friends for a fun Zumba class. You can bring a cake, snacks, beverages, and we provide a fun class with party lights.
