Tuition

1. Registration Fee and Tuition is non-refundable.

2. Tuition is based on a yearly figure that is broken down into 10 months. (10 monthly payments).

3. At the time of registration the first month’s tuition is also due.

4. Each month’s tuition is due by the 1st class of each month. If tuition is not paid by the 8th you will also be charged a $25 fee for late tuition payments. If your tuition is not paid by the 15th an extra $10 will be added to your late fee. If your tuition payments are not up to date your dancer’s participation in classes will be paused until we receive an updated payment.

5. If you pay tuition by check there will be a $30 fee for bounced checks.

Class

6. If your child will be absent from class there are no refunds for missed classes, but your child is welcome to come to a different class to make up for the class that was missed as long as we have the availability and spots open. It is not guaranteed that we will have availability in another class. If your child will be absent please notify us via email or phone.

7. If we need to cancel in studio classes due to extreme weather conditions, we will hold classes on Zoom or we will schedule makeup classes for a different day.

8. The studio reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teacher is ill or unable to teach. If we are unable to find a substitute than we will schedule makeup classes.

9. Your child’s attendance plays a fundamental part in their dance training/education. Each student is encouraged to arrive to class on time in proper dance attire.

10. Parents and teachers/students and teachers should not be communicating through personal phone numbers, email or social media. If parents or students have questions they are required to contact the studio or use Google Classroom.

11. Each student MUST come dressed appropriately for class in the required dancewear.

12. Students should also arrive to class on time. If you will be late or absent, please call or email the studio to let us know. Also, be prompt for pickups!

13. Food and gum is NOT permitted in the dance rooms. Only bottled water is permitted.

14. Most importantly each student should come to class ready to learn, be respectful to others and their teachers, and have fun!
